Legacy is the Premiere Contemporary A cappella Ensemble from Germantown High School’s Maverick Singers in Madison, MS. Maverick Singers made their Carnegie Hall debut in 2011 and returned April 2017 to sing under the direction of Deke Sharon, producer and arranger for The Sing Off and Pitch Perfect. Legacyreceived their first “Best in Class” in 2015. Legacy has performed for the Mississippi Music Educator’s Fall Workshop, Mississippi A cappella Festival, Madison County Community Events and was a finalist at the National A Cappella Convention, in Memphis TN in 2017. They also received Best Male Vocalist, Jonathan Cheeks, at the 2017 NACC Competition. They will be returning to the stage in April at the 2018 NACC Competition.
