A core part of the NACC experience is the community built throughout the weekend. Having every ensemble stay together on-site keeps students connected, simplifies logistics for directors, and makes it easy for groups to move between workshops, rehearsals, and showcases.

On-Site Accommodation: All attending groups stay on-site at the DoubleTree by Hilton Orlando at SeaWorld for the duration of the convention.
Room Options: Single Occupancy and Double/Quad Occupancy rooms are available.

Terms & Conditions

GROUP agrees to stay in the Hilton DoubleTree SeaWorld for the entirety of the EVENT unless the group is located within 50 miles of EVENT. If GROUP decides to stay somewhere else, an additional fee of $2,000 will be added to the final invoice.

Hotel reservations will be confirmed with a NACC representative. Final room block numbers are due February 24, 2027. Additional rooms may be requested after this date, but availability is not guaranteed. Rooms may not be dropped from the group reservation after February 24, 2027.

If a group cancels a hotel reservation after the cut off date, the cost of one hotel night per room cancelled will be due to NACC at registration.
